Refund Policy for POKEMARK
TCG Products
1.1 TCG products are categorized as follows:

Singles: Individual TCG cards that have been removed from their original packaging.

Sealed Products: Unopened TCG items in their original packaging, including but not limited to booster packs, booster boxes, theme decks, and special collections.
1.2 All sales of TCG products, both singles and sealed products, are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for TCG items under any circumstances, except as outlined in Section 4.
Non-TCG Products
2.1 For all non-TCG products, customers may request a refund within fourteen (14) business days of the delivery date by returning the product to POKEMARK via shipping.
2.2 To return a product:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must ship the product back to POKEMARK themselves.

A valid tracking number must be provided to POKEMARK.
2.3 For all returns, the refund amount will be calculated as the total purchase price minus the original shipping cost (if applicable) and a 10% restocking fee.
2.4 All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
2.5 Products will be subject to inspection upon receipt by POKEMARK to ensure no damages have occurred.
2.6 Please note that all returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. POKEMARK reserves the right to deny a refund if the product does not meet the required conditions or if there is evidence of misuse or damage.
Events
3.1 Tickets for events organized by POKEMARK are refundable up until 24 hours before the event start time.
3.2 Refund requests for event tickets must be submitted at least 24 hours before the event start time using one of the methods outlined in Section 5.
3.3 Refunds for event tickets will be processed using the original payment method within ten (10) business days of the refund request approval.
Fulfillment Errors
4.1 In the event of a fulfillment error resulting in the shipment of incorrect products, POKEMARK will accept returns and provide full refunds.
4.2 Customers must contact POKEMARK within seven (7) business days of receiving the order to report any discrepancies using one of the methods outlined in Section 5.
4.3 Proof of the fulfillment error must be provided, which may include but is not limited to photographs of the received items and order confirmation details.
4.4 Each case will be reviewed individually, and the final decision on approval rests with POKEMARK.

5.2 When requesting a refund, please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the refund request.
Refund Process
6.1 Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), POKEMARK will notify the customer of the refund approval status.
6.2 Approved refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of the approval date, using the original payment method.
6.3 Customers should allow additional time for their bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6.4 If a refund has not been received within fifteen (15) business days of the approval date, customers should contact POKEMARK using one of the methods outlined in Section 5.
Order Cancellations
7.1 Requests for order cancellations must be made before the order has been shipped.
7.2 A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved order cancellations.
Right to Modify
8.1 POKEMARK reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.
