Is everything you sell factory-sealed?
Yes. PokeMark sells factory-sealed Pokémon TCG only — booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, booster bundles, tins, collections, and sealed packs and blisters. The seal is part of the product.
How do I know it's authentic?
Every product is factory-sealed and sourced through verified supply channels. We never sell resealed, weighed, searched, or tampered product.
Why is everything sold out, and how do I buy when stock lands?
Sealed product arrives in drops and restocks, and a set can sell through quickly. Sold-out products stay listed, with their last listed price, so you can join the list for that exact set and format. Use Notify Me on the product, or join the restock list: one email per drop, no spam, and no restock date announced until it is confirmed.
Do you take pre-orders?
Pre-order terms are not published on this page until they can be honoured in full. Until then, a set without a pre-order option can still be followed through its product listing and the restock list.
Where do you ship, and from where?
We ship within Canada and to the United States. Orders ship from British Columbia, and all prices are in Canadian dollars.
What does shipping cost? Is there a free-shipping threshold?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. The rate is estimated by the carrier for your address and your order, so the cost you see is the accurate cost of getting it to you. There is no free-shipping threshold.
At checkout you choose the service: the carrier's options for your address are shown — including tracked options — and you pick the speed and the tracking you want.
How are boxes packed?
Booster boxes and Elite Trainer Boxes ship in a rigid box, never in an envelope. Protection goes inside the box, around the sealed product. The aim is simple: the box arrives in the condition it left in.
Are sealed products returnable?
All sales are final. That is stated up front, before you buy, and it is how we protect the next buyer from resealed product.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
All sales are final, and that includes how a shipment fares in transit — which is exactly why boxes and ETBs ship in rigid boxes with protection inside, and why tracked services are offered at checkout: choose one and your order is tracked the whole way.
Do you sell singles or graded cards?
No. PokeMark is sealed-only, and that is a specialisation, not a gap. One format means the sourcing and packing are all built around a single standard: factory-sealed, every time.
Do you buy collections or accept trade-ins?
Do not send a collection in expecting a purchase or a trade-in. If a buying programme ever runs, it will be stated on this page, with its terms, before it is offered.
